Milk Tea

Brown Sugar Black Sesame Milk Bubble Tea

to craft ONE serving
gather
  • 2.5 tbs of Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 3 tbs of Black Sesame Powder
  • 1.5 tbs of Tapioca Pearls
  • 1/2 Cup of Ice

3-5 minutes prep time

  1. Prepare Tapioca Pearls and set aside. We recommend cooking it in Brown Sugar Syrup
  2. Using a spoon, apply brown sugar syrup along the insides of your glass
  3. Add in cooked tapioca pearls
  4. In another glass, mix 3 tbs of Black Sesame Powder with your favourite type of milk (lightly warmed!)
  5. Pour the Black Sesame Milk into the Brown Sugar coated cup
  6. Place generous amount of ice into your boba-cup

Butterfly Pea-Infused Brown Sugar Milk Tea

to craft ONE serving
gather
  • 3 tbs of Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 1.5 tbs of Tapioca Pearls
  • 1.5 tsp of Butterfly Pea Tea
  • 1/2 Cup of Ice
  • 150ml of favourite Milk!

5-10 minutes prep time

  1. Prepare Tapioca Pearls and set aside. We recommend cooking it in Brown Sugar Syrup
  2. Steep 1.5 tsp of Butterfly Pea Tea in 100 ml of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Strain the tea leaves and discard.
  3. Using a spoon, apply some brown sugar syrup to the sides of your glass
  4. Place generous amount of ice into your boba-cup
  5. Add tapioca pearls
  6. Add ice
  7. Add milk
  8. Pour the Butterfly Pea Tea over the ice and into the cup

Note: Ice must be added into the cup before pouring in the Butterfly Pea Tea. Adding in more ice helps create a better gradient

Raspberry Choc Intense Bubble Tea

to craft ONE serving

  • 300 ml of 50°C to 60°C of water
  • 2 tbs of Raspberry Syrup
  • 3 tbs of Chocolate BBT Powder Mix
  • 3 tsp of Fructose Syrup
  • 1.5 tbs of Creamer
  • 2-3 tbs of Strawberry Popping Pearls
  • Full Cup of Ice

5 minutes prep time

  1. Mix the Chocolate Powder Mix, Creamer and Fructose Syrup in 300 ml of water until dissolved. Wait for it to be cooled.
  2. Smear 2 tbs of Raspberry Syrup along the sides of an empty, separate BBT cup.
  3. (Optional) Rotate the cup constantly while it's on its side so the syrup covers along the entire sides of the cup (this will allow for a more aesthetic BBT pour shot!)
  4. (You might wanna film this part) Pour the now-cooled Chocolate BBT mix into the BBT cup until filled.
  5. Mix until the Raspberry Syrup dissolves into the Chocolate BBT (indicated by the bubble tea turning a deep, chocolate-y maroon shade), drink and enjoy!

to craft ONE serving
gather
  • 300 ml of water (50°C to 60°C)
  • 2 tbs of Blueberry Syrup
  • 3 tbs of Coconut BBT Powder Mix
  • 3 tsp of Fructose Syrup
  • 1.5 tbs of Creamer
  • 2-3 tbs of Blueberry Popping Pearls
  • Full Cup of Ice

  1. Mix the Coconut Powder Mix, Creamer and Fructose Syrup in 300 ml of water until dissolved. Wait for it to be cooled.
  2. Steep 1.5 tsp of Butterfly Pea Tea in 100 ml of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Strain the tea leaves and discard.
  3. Smear 2 tbs of Blueberry Syrup along the sides of an empty, separate BBT cup.

to craft ONE serving
gather
  • 300 ml of 50°C to 60°C of water
  • 1.5 tbs of Mango BBT Powder Mix
  • 1.5 tbs of Coconut BBT Powder Mix
  • 3 tsp of Fructose Syrup
  • 1.5 tbs of Creamer
  • 2-3 tbs of Mango Jelly
  • 2-3 tbs of Coconut Jelly
  • Full Cup of Ice

5 minutes prep time

  1. Mix into your BBT cup the Coconut Powder Mix, Creamer and Fructose Syrup in 150 ml of water until dissolved. Wait for it to be cooled.
  2. Mix the Mango Powder Mix in another 150 ml of water in a separate cup until dissolved. Also wait for it to be cooled.
  3. Heap some Mango Jelly and Coconut Jelly into the BBT cup then fill the cup to the top with ice.
  4. (You might wanna film this part) Gently and slowly pour the now-cooled Mango BBT mix into the BBT cup until filled.
  5. Mix the drink together until the colour turns a light pastel orange shade, drink and enjoy!

Tapioca Pearls

gather
  • 1 cup of Classic or Rainbow Tapioca Pearls
  • 350 ml of Water
  • (Optional but recommended for Classic Black Tapioca Pearls) 2 tbs of Brown Sugar Syrup
  • (Optional but recommended for Rainbow Tapioca Pearls) 2 tbs of honey/Fructose Syrup

10 minutes prep time

  1. Bring 350 ml of water to boil in a pot and add in pearls
  2. Cook the pearls over a medium flame for 5-7 minutes with the lid on
  3. Drain pearls and soak in Brown Sugar Syrup or honey/Fructose Syrup
  4. serve with your favourite bubble tea
