How do I store my ingredients?

What is the shelf life of my pearls and powders?
After opening, our pearls have a 3 months shelf life and powders have a 1 year shelf life. But we anticipate that they won't last that long in your cupboard 😉

What if I want to try different flavours?
You can choose our Mix and Match Packs or one of our subscription boxes - 'Tut-tea Fruit-tea' or 'Milky Way' - to have curated flavours sent to you every month!
Can I adjust my sweetness level?
Yes! Our recipes have the recommended amounts but feel free to adjust the fructose level to your desired taste - we give you extra fructose syrup in case you like things sweeter 😇
Where do your products come from?
All our flavoured powders, fruit syrups, tapioca pearls, popping pearls and jellies are sourced straight from Taiwan.
We take pride in bringing you the best of the best, so we have handpicked the best tea suppliers from around the world.

Do you guys provide bubble tea straws?
In line with our vision to reduce plastic and paper waste, we do not provide bubble tea straws with every purchase.
However we sell reusable bubble tea straws with a straw cleaner allin a cute and convenient velvet pouch. We've pledged to #choosetoreuse, and we hope you would to!
Are the products vegan or gluten free?
All of our fruit teas and toppings are vegan and gluten-free.
The Original Milk tea and Flavoured milk teas are not vegan or gluten-free because they contain whey. But feel free to replace the creamer with your favourite milk instead!
Tapioca pearls are gluten-free!
What are the toppings for? Can I swap toppings?
The beauty of adding different toppings to your bubble tea is to help create new flavour and texture profiles and combinations with your bubble tea kits!
If you don't like tapioca pearls, let us know in the notes and we will do our best to accomodate!
I just paid for my order with PayPal, but my order status is still "Pending Payment"?
We are currently experiencing an issue with PayPal where PayPal occasionally does not automatically tell our shop that your payment has been received. Don't worry though! We manually check every order in our shop and every payment we receive, and we manually mark any orders that remain as "Pending Payment" as "We're packing your order!" when we've confirmed your payment's receipt.
We're currently investigating with PayPal to see how we can resolve this lil' bug!
How long will it take to receive my product?
You will receive your product within 14 days of your order. Head to our delivery page for more information.
How much is shipping? How does shipping work?
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 Australia-Wide for orders under $59.
